Payment Methods at NavionTruck

We offer multiple ways to pay for your orders conveniently, securely, and quickly.

Bank Transfer (Prepaid)

You can prepay your order via bank transfer to our WISE account. This method is free of charge and may give you access to special occasional promotions. Orders placed via bank transfer are reserved for 2 calendar days. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Recommended to avoid extra fees.

Credit or Debit Card

Immediate and secure payment, validated by VISA. We accept VISA / VISA Electron and MasterCard / Maestro. A secure verification code is required — if you’re unsure, please contact your bank.

Cash Payment

Only available for in-person pickups at our facilities or official distributors. View the full list here: Official Distributors.

If you’d like to pick up your order personally, please contact us by phone or email at least 30 minutes before your arrival.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to the United States with the following options:

• DHL Express (72–96 hours)
• GLS Standard (72–96 hours)
• GLS Point (72–96 hours) — delivery to a nearby pickup point

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Spain time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
