Standard Warranty: 3 Years
All NavionTruck products include 3 years warranty against manufacturing and operating defects.
Conditions
- Duration: 3 years from the purchase date.
- Coverage: manufacturing and operating defects not caused by misuse or negligence.
- Required documents: invoice/ticket/delivery note and the product’s serial number.
Exclusions
- Damage due to misuse, impacts, liquids, or lack of maintenance.
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
- Products without a serial number, altered or out of warranty period.
How to claim your warranty (3 years)
- Access the support portal: support.naviontruck.group/Home.
- Create a request under “Technical Service”.
- Attach your proof of purchase and serial number.
NavionTruck will handle repair and shipping based on applicable coverage.
Extended Warranty: Up to 5 Years
Extend your protection for 2 additional years, reaching a 5-year warranty, with the same conditions as the standard warranty and priority in repair times.
Conditions
- Total duration: 5 years from the purchase date.
- Activation: when purchasing the product or during the standard warranty (recommended as early as possible).
- Documentation: same as the standard warranty.
Payment and conditions
- Method: monthly subscription for 24 months.
- First payment: if purchased together with the product, it is charged at purchase.
- Subsequent payments: auto-charged on the same day each month.
- Subscription period: up to 1 month after the purchase of the new product.
- Cancellation for non-payment: if 60 days pass without payment, the additional coverage is void.
