Return and Processing Conditions
Return Policy
You may return any item purchased through our online store within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), which provide protection for defective or misrepresented products. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Product Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, with all components, protective films, and packaging intact.
- Returns are not accepted for consumable products (CDs, DVDs, memory cards, paper, ink, software with open licenses) or for customized or made-to-order products.
Return Shipping Costs and Exceptions
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returns based on a change of mind, exchanges, or inspections without a manufacturing defect.
- If our Technical Service (SAT) confirms a manufacturing defect, NavionTruck will cover transportation and repair costs according to the applicable warranty.
- This coverage does not apply to issues related to maps, POIs, speed cameras, or cartographic content, nor to navigation software or operating system updates/configuration.
Return Process
- Access: Log in to your Customer Account on our website.
- Select Order: Go to “Order History and Details” and choose the order you wish to return.
- Initiate Return: Mark the product you want to return and specify the reason.
- Authorization: Once approved by email, download the return form under “Merchandise Returns” and include it inside the package.
- Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

Reception and Inspection
We will confirm receipt of your package. Our technical team will inspect the product to verify compliance with the return conditions.
Return Outcome
If the product is found to be in proper condition, we will issue a refund for the amount paid, excluding shipping fees.
Important
- We do not accept collect-on-delivery or cash-on-delivery returns.
- If the product does not meet the return requirements, it will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
- You will receive confirmation or a refund notice by email within a maximum of 48 hours after inspection.

Refund Policy Notice
If your order qualified for free shipping, a full refund will only be issued in cases of verified product defects, consistent with FTC refund regulations. If, after inspection, the product is found to function properly, administrative and handling fees related to shipping and processing will be deducted, calculated according to package weight, materials, and courier service used.
