Return Conditions and Process

Return Policy

In accordance with Regulations 29–35 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers are entitled to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods and receive a full monetary refund (not a voucher). The refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Product Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all components, protective films and undamaged packaging.
  • We do not accept returns of consumable items (CDs, DVDs, memory cards, paper, ink, or open-licensed software), nor of customised or made-to-order products.

Return Costs and Exceptions

  • Return postage costs are borne by the customer when returning items under the right of withdrawal, exchanges, or inspections without a confirmed manufacturing fault.
  • If our technical service confirms a manufacturing defect, NavionTruck will cover the cost of transport and repair under the applicable warranty.
  • This coverage does not apply to issues related to maps, POIs, speed cameras or cartographic content, nor to software or operating system updates or configurations.

Return Procedure

  1. Access: Log in to your Customer Account on our website.
  2. Select Order: Go to “Order History and Details” and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Start Return: Mark the product you wish to return and indicate the reason.
  4. Authorisation: Once approved by email, download the form from “Merchandise Returns” and include it inside the package.
  5. Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

Receipt and Evaluation

We will confirm receipt of your parcel. Our technical team will inspect the product and verify that it meets the return requirements.

Return Outcome

If the product is found to be in acceptable condition, we will process a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Important

  • Returns sent with cash on delivery or unpaid postage will not be accepted.
  • If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
  • You will receive confirmation or a refund voucher by email within a maximum of 48 hours after inspection.

Refund Notice

If your order was shipped with free delivery, a full refund will only apply in the event of a confirmed product fault. If the product is found to be functioning correctly after technical inspection, administrative and logistical fees related to shipment and handling will be deducted, calculated according to weight, packaging and courier service used.
